This privacy statement tells you everything about how your personal data are collected and how le Bump Studio handles them. It explains where your data are stored and for what purpose your data are used. You will also find your rights with regard to your data.
You are currently reading le Bump Studio's privacy statement. le Bump Studio creates a unique work of art of your (pregnant) body in the form of customised art. There are several situations in which your data are collected by le Bump Studio. le Bump Studio uses your personal data for the following purposes;
Contacting you: Your data will be collected if you contact le Bump Studio via the contact form on the website. This form only asks for the necessary details such as your name, e-mail address, phone number to book an appointment or buy a le Bump product.
Manufacturing and sending the products: To create the artwork, we will make a photo scan of your (pregnant) body. This photo scan consists of a digital 3D representation of your body. This photo scan is carefully and securely stored. We also use your address details to send you the artwork. Your digital file will not be used in any other way, unless you have given permission.
For the technical and functional management of the website: The le Bump Studio website collects your data to improve the website. This includes information such as the duration of your website visit or the pages you visit.
Consequences of not providing data Provision (and processing) of the data mentioned above under 1 and 2 is a necessary condition to enable our services to you.
le Bump Studio does not sell/share your data to third parties. We conclude a processor agreement with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. le Bump Studio remains responsible for this processing.
Your data will be stored by le Bump Studio for five years. After this, le Bump again needs your explicit consent to keep your data for five years.
Contacting you: The moment you contact le Bump Studio by e-mail, the data you send, such as your name, telephone number and e-mail address, will be stored on the mail server. le Bump Studio will keep this data for a period of five years.
Analytics: The data collected by Analytics on the website are anonymous, i.e. not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data will be deleted after five years.
Creating the photo scan: The file we keep of you is anonymised and not traceable to you based on your name, phone number and e-mail address. Your digital file is kept - if you have given your consent - for a period of five years free of charge. This way, in case of damage or loss, there is always the possibility to order a new copy. If you do not give your consent, the file will be destroyed within two months of the artwork being sent.
le Bump Studio uses technical and organisational security measures to protect personal data against (unintentional) destruction, loss, modification, unauthorised disclosure or access. le Bump Studio protects these personal data in a manner that may reasonably be expected of it. The personal data managed by le Bump Studio can only be accessed via a secure system.
Right of inspection: You have the right to request access to your data recorded and stored at le Bump Studio at any time. You can do so by sending an e-mail or contacting le Bump Studio by telephone.
Right to erase, restrict processing or object to the use of data: Do you no longer want your data to be recorded at le Bump Studio? Then you have the right to have your data erased.
Complaint handling: we ask you to contact us if you have a complaint. This can be done by emailing love@lebumpstudio.com.
A request regarding the above rights can be addressed to le Bump Studio by sending an e-mail to Semra Gökce at love@lebumpstudio.com. We aim to respond within one month. Depending on the complexity, this period can be extended by two months.
